Real-time arranger and style editor.

One Man Band is a windows program that enables you to play the thousands of styles in Yamaha format that are available on internet. Creating your own styles is also possible, by loading a midi-file or recording each track separately. You just need a PC and any kind of midi keyboard connected to it.

The keyboard is split in a chord part on the left (green) and a melody part on the right, just like any arranger keyboard. But there are also a few keys in between these parts (red) for triggering fill-in's, intro, ending and variation changes. And there is a special attention key (blue) that changes the entire keyboard into function keys. That way you can change tempo and volume, switch instruments on and off, choose multivoices for the melody and load styles, without the use of the computer keyboard and mouse. The current function of each key is displayed at the screen and the keyboard-layout can be customised.
